Here Comes Santa Claus . . . and the COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout! The Latest on All-Things COVID-19

December 4, 2020

Recent reports suggest that a COVID-19 vaccine will begin being distributed this month, with some reports suggesting the rollout may be as early as the week of December 14.

Can you require employees to get the vaccine? What risks should your organization be prepared to navigate in requiring the vaccine? Should your organization be implementing new policies?  What’s latest on COVID workplace litigation?
