Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent webinar on the Nebraska Paid Sick Leave Act. This Act, which requires action by covered employers as soon as September 15, 2025, will have a significant impact on employers across the state.

  • Accrual and Usage: How much leave can be earned and when it can be used.
  • Employer Obligations: What organizations must do to comply with the law, including notice, recordkeeping, and posting requirements.
