Rembolt Ludtke Attorney Named Chair of Federal Practice Committee

Rembolt Ludtke attorney Mark Fahleson was selected by the judges of the U.S. District Court of the District of Nebraska to be a member of the Federal Practice Committee and to serve as its Chairperson for 2024 and 2025. The Committee is comprised of Nebraska's Article III judges, federal magistrate judges, federal bankruptcy judges and members of the criminal and civil bar. Longtime Rembolt litigator Dan Klaus, who continues to practice with the Firm, previously chaired the Committee.
