Rob Keith

Rob’s practice is focused on helping to resolve business and personal disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation.  He was recently recognized for his mediation work through his induction into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

In addition, Rob represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including claims involving product liability, motor vehicle negligence, premise liability, and workplace injuries resulting from a third-party’s negligence.

Prior to joining Rembolt Ludtke, Rob was a name partner of an Omaha civil litigation firm where he tried numerous trials and became one of Nebraska's most sought-after mediators because of his understanding of claim evaluation and the outcomes desired by both sides to a dispute.
