Lyzz Leise

Lyzz specializes in a wide range of business law areas, including business transactions, general counsel services, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and intellectual property and technology. Her practice also includes comprehensive tax strategy and nonprofit governance. She is the lead author of “Tuesday Tax Take,” the Firm’s weekly newsletter on tax issues and developments. Born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska, Lyzz has close ties to rural Nebraska and a strong appreciation for community. In addition to her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Nebraska, she holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting. Her accounting background includes auditing and tax accounting internships with a Big Four accounting firm, which informs her practical, business-focused approach to advising clients.
