Weston Svoboda

A native of Burwell, Nebraska, and a fifth-generation rancher, Weston brings rural values and work ethic to the practice of law.  His unique combination of ag experience, small town roots, and entrepreneurial passion give him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and family businesses across the state. Weston is no stranger to UNL's East Campus, having earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He focuses his practice on estate planning and business transactions, with a special emphasis on farm and ranch succession planning.
